Metal Roofing

What makes Roberts Restorations Metal Roofing different?

We prioritize quality at every turn, starting with putting patterns in the metal to minimize oil canning, ensuring a flawless finish. Unlike many companies limited to 16-foot panels ordered from suppliers, we bring our custom-forming machine directly to your home. This allows us to create longer runs with no seams, reaching up to an impressive 500 feet if desired. Our panels feature a hidden fastener design, eliminating the risk of leaks commonly associated with exposed fastener panels.

Choose from our commercial-grade 22 gauge or 24 gauge steel options, both ideal for residential applications due to their superior strength and longevity. We stand behind our quality with a lifetime warranty, offering you peace of mind and confidence in your investment. With our on-site custom-forming capabilities, superior panel design, and premium steel options, we deliver a metal roofing solution that combines aesthetic appeal, functionality, and long-lasting durability. Trust in our expertise to provide you with a roofing solution that will enhance your home’s beauty and value for years to come.

Which metal roofing machine do we use?

Roberts Restorations uses a Multi-Panel Metal Roof System.

The Multi-Panel Machine metal roof panel is a 1 ½” high integral snap-lock architectural metal roofing system consisting of an integral narrow batten seam that snaps over a rigid, continuous interlock leg to create a rugged, yet aesthetically pleasing, architectural metal roof panel system.

The Multi-Panel Machine integral snap lock architectural metal roof system combines architectural versatility, with cleanly detailed, continuous seam transitions from roof to mansard, fascia, or soffit, and comes in a wide variety of coatings and colors.

We offer 3 different types of Metal Roofing panels: Striated, Bead Ribs, and Flat, each with the option of Clip Relief.

Why Choose Roberts Restorations for Metal Roofing?

At Robert’s Restorations, we own our own metal roofing machine. This streamlines the process and benefits the homeowner in multiple ways. Firstly, it eliminates the need to outsource shipping, reducing potential delays and costs associated with transportation. Additionally, having the machine on-site enables quicker turnaround times for projects, as there’s no waiting for materials to arrive. This efficiency not only saves time but also ensures that the roofing installation is completed promptly, minimizing disruptions to the homeowner’s daily life.

As we do not outsource our metal roofing, it allows us to produce sheets in a large variety of sizes, quickly and efficiently. By producing larger, seamless pieces of metal roofing on-site, the need for seams is greatly reduced, minimizing potential weak points and leakages over time. This seamless construction not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the roof but also enhances its durability and longevity, providing the homeowner with peace of mind knowing their investment is well-protected against weather and moisture infiltration.

With metal roofing’s standard 50-year warranty, homeowners can rest assured knowing their investment is protected for decades to come. By fabricating roofing panels on-site, we can also ensure precision and quality control. This long-term coverage offers homeowners peace of mind, reducing concerns about future repairs or replacements and ultimately enhancing the value and durability of their property.

Owning a metal roofing machine enables Roberts Restorations to streamline the supply chain by directly sourcing all materials, resulting in cost savings of up to 20% for the homeowner in most cases. By eliminating the need for intermediaries or third-party suppliers, this direct sourcing approach significantly reduces overhead costs and transportation fees. As a result, the final product becomes more affordable without compromising on quality. This cost-effectiveness not only benefits the homeowner’s budget but also makes metal roofing a more accessible and attractive option for those seeking a durable and long-lasting roofing solution.

What are the benefits of Metal Roofing?

Metal roofs are highly durable and can withstand extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, hail, and high winds. They are resistant to cracking, shrinking, and erosion, providing long-term protection for the home.

Metal roofs have a longer lifespan compared to traditional roofing materials such as asphalt shingles. They can last 50 years or more with proper maintenance, potentially outlasting the homeowner’s tenure in the house.

Low Maintenance

Metal roofing requires minimal maintenance over its lifespan. Unlike other roofing materials that may need periodic repairs or replacement, metal roofs typically only require occasional inspections and cleaning to maintain their appearance and performance.

Energy Efficiency

Metal roofing reflects solar radiant heat, which can help reduce cooling costs during hot summer months. Some metal roofs are also coated with reflective pigments to further enhance energy efficiency, leading to potential savings on utility bills.

Environmentally Friendly

Metal roofing is made from recyclable materials and is itself fully recyclable at the end of its life. Additionally, many metal roofing products contain a significant portion of recycled material, further reducing their environmental impact.

Design Versatility

Metal roofing comes in a variety of styles, colors, and finishes, allowing homeowners to choose a look that complements their home’s architecture and personal preferences.

Overall, the benefits of metal roofing include durability, longevity, low maintenance, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, fire resistance, and design versatility, making it an attractive option for homeowners seeking a long-lasting and reliable roofing solution.
